Mobile Screening & Sand Washing Plant is a single-chassis solution for stone, sand other mineral quarries where the product needs to be sorted out and washed to get clean and ready-for-usage construction aggregate. Being one of the developed solutions for the stone crushing field, all parts of the line are constructed on a single chassis, where attachments like additional bunker walls, walking platforms, and conveyor belt are of foldable design.

DISTINCTIVE FEATURES OF THE MACHINE:

1. Compact design: loading hopper, vibrating screen, screw sand washer, conveyor belts, diesel generator & walking platforms are installed on a single mobile chassis.

2. Easy transportation: machine can be transported with a signle truckhead.

3. Fast assembly and dismantling work: assembly work of the machine takes only 2 days.

4. Screening & Washing of the product: combination of screening & sand washing process can be performed with a single machine on a place.

5. Stocking: foldable design conveyor belts are supplied with hydraulic pistons, which allow to assembly conveyor belts from a control panel easily.
