SFH series
Feeding Hoppers
The feeding hopper is designed for the initial stage of the crushing-screening line, used to load medium-sized feed material. It allows loading with a wheel loader or excavator and ensures a steady supply of material to the next stage. Operating at lower pressure and wear rates compared to primary hoppers, it provides reliable capacity for consistent production flow.
 

*** Hoppers are stone loading containers which keep and feed the product with a slow and constant speed to the next part of the crushing-screening line.
*** Lower part of the hopper is narrowed and equipped with a small vibrating feeder, which controls the feeding speed of the product.
*** Speed control of the vibrating feeder can be adjusted from control panel, which regulates rotation speed of the vibromotor.
*** Depending on installation place, hoppers can be used at primary or secondary stages.
*** When hopper is used as primary, it is intalled on a ground concrete with a standart height, so that loader or excavator can load.
*** When it is used as secondary, hoppers are installed above crusher, so that primary output conveyor feeds the hopper, and from hopper feeder directly to the crusher inlet.
