Primary Loading Bunker
The loading bunker is the primary part of any stone crushing line, which is used to load the product with a truck, bulldozer, or excavator in large amounts, further to be sent to the primary crusher. The design of this unit includes a large volume tank with a feeder at the bottom, where the feeder runs on vibration for a constant supply of the material to the crusher.

1. Vibrating Feeder: An inclined flat panel located at the bottom of the feeding bunker, driven by twin vibromotors mounted underneath. It ensures a steady feed of material. The feeder can be manufactured as a flat type or with a grizzly screen system (single or double layer) to bypass fine materials before crushing.
2. Installation Chassis: The structural base on which the vibrating feeder and lower bunker walls are mounted. It supports all vertical loads and ensures structural integrity during operation and transportation.
3. Feeding Bunker Volume (Main Body): The main container for holding the material to be fed into the crusher. Formed by the side walls and lower section, it defines the working capacity of the feeding system.
4. Walking Platform and Access Ladder: Safety elements installed on the sides or back of the bunker for maintenance and inspection access. Includes safety rails and anti-slip surfaces.
5. Smooth Feeding Chains (Anti-Rebound Chains): Heavy-duty hanging chains mounted at the bunker outlet to prevent the reverse bouncing of large stone particles during feeding, ensuring smooth and controlled flow into the crusher.
6. Internal Wear Liners: Replaceable liner plates installed inside the bunker walls to protect against abrasive wear from stone impact and prolong the lifespan of the bunker.

*** Feeding bunkers undergo much impact and wear during loading. To prevent this, feeding bunkers are covered with bolted wear plates depending on customer choice.
*** For easy and compact transportation, in mobile equipment feeding bunkers are manufactured folding type. This R&D solution for mobile equipment results in easy and fast installation of the equipment.
*** Vibrating feeder is controlled by start-stop button in equipment operating. Additionally, control system gives opportunity to control vibromotor rotation speed, which allows to regulate feeding process according to other units of crushing-screening line.
