Vibrating Screen
Vibrating Screen is one of the main parts of mining equipment, which separates mixed size product into certain fraction stocks, making them ready for the construction or batching use. Vibrating screen mostly takes last stage part of crushing-screening lines, but sometimes it can be used for pre-screening, to divide primarily crushed product into feeding of secondary and tertiary stage crushers separately. Vibrating screen has different models, depending on total production capacity, number of deck layers, construction of chassis (mobile or stationary).

1. Screen Main Body: A single welded box-type steel structure that houses and supports all the working parts of the vibrating screen, ensuring strength and rigidity during screening operation.
2. Screen Deck and Mesh: Horizontal layers inside the screen where screen meshes are mounted. Depending on screening capacity and application, the screen can be equipped with 2, 3, or 4 decks to classify material into multiple fractions.
3. Front Discharge Chute: Positioned at the front of the screen, it collects the oversized materials from the upper decks and discharges them onto a conveyor belt or chute system.
4. Front Chute Discharge Tubes: Inclined, adjustable pipes mounted beneath the front chute, directing each deck's product to separate conveyor points. Their position can be rotated to match the layout of multiple conveyor load chutes.
5. Bottom Discharge Chute: Collects the finest screened material from beneath the lowest deck. Since fine material is typically the highest in volume, this chute is designed to be wider and deeper to ensure smooth material flow.
6. Installation Chassis: The base steel frame on which the screen body is mounted. It includes spring mounting points and ensures balanced operation while absorbing vibrations generated during screening.
7. Walkway, Platform and Ladder: Safety and maintenance components installed along the sides or rear of the screen to allow easy access for mesh replacement, motor adjustment, or inspections. Equipped with guardrails and anti-slip surfaces.

*** Depending on customer choice, total capacity, quantity of final stock products and fraction sizes, vibrating screen can be manufactured as 2, 3 or 4 decks.
*** Depending on product type, moisture level and stone physical composition (sandy or not), vibrating screen can be manufactured with special watering/cleaning system, where the lowest deck product goes to the screw/bucket washer and rewashed again.
*** Depending on placement and aim of usage, vibrating screen can be manufactured as grizzly type, to remove bypass product from the main stone product.
*** Depending on level of screening, product fraction purity and total production capacity, vibrating screen can be manufactured as inclined/horizontal, with single/double drive shaft and different body dimensions.
